Payments:
Standard pricing rates - within 14 days of the date of invoice.
* Late payments may incur an interest charge.
Cancellations, no shows or transfers:
Five or fewer working days prior to the course - full course fee charged.
The registered attendee may be substituted by another person at any time without penalty.
Illness:
Cancellation fee may be waived upon presentation of a medical certificate.
